TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payments
- Lesson fees must be paid in advance, or at the start of the lesson if this has been pre-arranged with the instructor.
- Block bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the instructor cancels the lesson.
2. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice require full payment.
- No further lessons will be booked until outstanding fees are paid.
3. Instructor Cancellations
- The instructor may cancel a lesson at any time and without giving a reason.
- If this happens, the lesson will be rearranged or refunded.
4. Punctuality
- If the pupil arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time.
- If the instructor is delayed, the lost time will be added to the lesson or rearranged.
5. Fitness to Drive
- Pupils must be fit to drive and free from alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
- If the instructor believes the pupil is unfit to drive, the lesson will be cancelled and full payment will still be required.
6. Licence Requirements
- Pupils must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
- Pupils must inform the instructor of any changes to their licence or medical conditions
7. Vehicle Safety
- The training vehicle is maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard.
- The instructor may stop a lesson immediately if continuing would be unsafe.

8. Driving Tests
- Use of the instructor's car for a driving test is at the instructor's discretion.
- The instructor may refuse use of the vehicle if the pupil is not test-ready or poses a safety risk.
9. Liability
- P Evans Driving School is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from the pupil's actions during or after lessons.
- The instructor's decision on safety is final.
